Happy Monday, everyone! Linda B. used her NuWave Elite to make a complete meal featuring meatloaf and corn on the cob. After preparing the meatloaf using the recipe found on page 46 of the NuWave Oven Cookbook, Linda cooked the meatloaf, along with the corn, still in the husk, in her NuWave Elite on the 1-inch rack at 350°F (Power Level HI in the Pro).
